Jenny Fortner’s passion for ALS research and advocacy came after her mother battled the disease. As the recently retired Director of Impact and Engagement for the Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund, Jenny brings decades of experience to the Hop On A Cure cause. Her previous role has given her insight into developing charitable efforts and amplifying their impact in the community.  During her 24 years at Goldman Sachs, Jenny worked as a financial advisor and co-founded both the Goldman Sachs Chicago Women’s Network and the Goldman Sachs Chicago Diversity Network. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Chicago, where she was inducted into their Athletics Hall of Fame for competing on the women’s varsity basketball team.
